A former villain, he’s been sentenced to a few centuries of custodial work in Progress City by Mayor Rod for his crimes. Rod worries that this plan backfired, however, as Tcherno is having the time of his life being a custodial worker and interacting with the guests. He spends most of his time when he’s not working playing harmless pranks on guests and awkwardly trying to befriend anyone he likes.
